Return & Refund Policy 

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at info@safezone.co.nz with your order number and item details.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and our return address.

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@safezone.co.nz with:

  • Photos of the product

  • Your order number

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).


Non-returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


Exchanges

To exchange an eligible product, please return it first and place a new order once your return is approved. This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@safezone.co.nz.
